Give love to life. Let it linger
In laughter and tears. Let our hands
Labor to build joy outward
From our bones. We’ll raise nations
Of chosen people from peaceful womb.
Sow seeds/ exhilarated sprouts of hope
Swaying in every breath of God. Let love
Compose our hearts song. Love is God’s breath
Stretching our chests to replenish our minds,
Circulate our spirit, renew the soil for new seed.
Give love to life.

Give our lives
To love. And you and I will blend our time
Into peaceful river/ rejuvenating waters. Give
Life to love, and melodies launched upon heart’s drum
Will sweep universe and stars drop from our sighs.
Our great grandchildren will sing its lyrics and live
To its echo. Our song shall rule the sky, song
Of conquering eagle.
Our souls will wing as one under a Holy Son. Give life to love,
Power will radiate from arms embracing ourselves, no demon
Kingdom can pollute. Oh woman, oh my soul, give love to life,
Our horizon will be sky and ocean and earth and heaven
Pregnant with an always rising sun, reigning over every storm
And like trees, planted by streams of blessings
Bring forth fruit in due season, our vital roots will tangle
In sacred garden soil. And fed and watered
By hands of angels, we will grow to God
And never die
